Above: Some useful support for the GoPro...Manfrotto Compact tripod

I'm a bit of a snob when it comes to camera support...my primary stand is an uber-expensive imported Miller DS20. Shameful, I know. Having been forced to use dirt cheap Manfrotto tripods during previous employment I...well, hate the brand ("Hierdie f&%#!!n ding is vrot!"). 

But this little compact model caught my eye today and it is perfect for the GoPro. It folds up small and straps to the side of the camera bag and it will even carry my P2 camcorder in an emergency. And it didn't ruin the budget either. Perfect for smaller video and still cameras with a comfortable pistol grip-type pan handle. Available at most electronics stores.
