The opera, the upside-down camera and funky frame rates

To be honest, the first time someone mentioned the term "flash mob" to me, I had no real idea what it was. So I turned to the source of all known human knowledge...I Googled it. The oracle then told me that it would in fact require a full multicamera shoot if I wanted to do it right.

Optentia Research Programme

I pride myself in being flexible and efficient, but this project really broke all records. One interactive project and one video with all the trimmings completed in one week flat (Note - please don't ask me to do this every time, this was an emergency OK:)

My editing and camera gear travels a lot so I'm always on the lookout for protective gear. If you're like me and you own and love your Wacom graphics tablet, you'll also know that they tend to live very hard lives inside laptop bags when you're on the move. This pouch offers a protective inner lining, two internal pockets for cables and accessories and an elastic pen loop.

The NWU is one of my major clients and they recently changed their visual communication style to a modern contemporary "light and airy" look. Achieving what is basically a stylized "Instagram" look in future video projects through ordinary colour correction tools would take hours so it made sense to look at a serious colour grading...
